TRUE DUMB TEACHER STORIES
MS. SNODGRASS....ENGLISH Ms. Snodgrass (and we shall never give their real names) was my first period English teacher. Some of had her in supervision (homeroom) as well. She is about 40, a bit fat, and wears bright colored clothes to school. That is the good part. She is late to class every day even though we have the same room for both supervision and English. There is a five minute break between the two. Some of the kids simply stay in the room, others go to their lockers or to the can, both just around the corner. We are expected to be in our seats ready to work when the bell rings. No problem!!! If it is not a problem for us, then why does Ms. S. disappear before the end of homeroom and reemerges only after five or more minutes of first period are gone. During the year she lost five minutes a day for one hundred and seventy days. By my arithmatic (and you better check this, I am such a lousy math student) that comes out to 850 minutes or 14.17 hours or almost three full days of class. Doesn't she owe the school board somethi
The next victim for Ethan's chopping block is Ms. W, who teaches United States History.
